Our Story – Expanding Horizons with the Beyond Buckets Experience
At Beyond Buckets, we believe in the power of real-world experiences to open doors for young people. This past January, we took our mission global with the Beyond Buckets Paris Experience, giving students the chance to build leadership skills, grow their resilience, and explore careers on an international stage.
Now, we’re excited to keep that momentum going as we head to Denver for our 2025 Summer College and Career Experience. Through hands-on career exposure, leadership development, and college exploration, we’re continuing to expand horizons for the next generation — one experience at a time.
Paris, France
In partnership with The Kollective and the San Antonio Spurs, our Paris College and Career Experience gave students an unforgettable look into the global world of sports, business, and culture. They attended the NBA Paris Game, connected with industry professionals, and explored the business side of international sports events. Beyond the court, students toured iconic Parisian landmarks, gaining a deeper appreciation for global perspectives and career possibilities. This immersive experience expanded their horizons, inspiring them to dream bigger and think beyond borders.

Paris was just the beginning. Our students returned with new inspiration, broader perspectives, and a deeper drive to lead in the worlds of sports, business, and beyond. Now, we’re taking that momentum to Denver, where students will continue their journey through leadership development, college immersion, and real-world career exploration.

Why Denver
Denver offers a powerful opportunity for students to grow academically, professionally, and personally. This summer, students will tour the University of Denver and the University of Colorado Boulder, gaining firsthand insight into college life and opportunities in higher education. They’ll also connect with professionals from the Denver Nuggets, learning about careers in sports business and management, and attend a Colorado Rockies game to experience the energy of major league sports from a new perspective.
By blending college exposure, career exploration, and real-world experiences, the Denver College and Career Experience will inspire students to dream bigger, plan further, and take real steps toward their futures.
Las Vegas - NBA Summer League
Through our transformative partnerships with UNLV and the NBA, students experienced the Vegas NBA Summer League in a way that brought their career dreams to life. Engaging directly with professionals, attending games, and participating in hands-on workshops, they discovered pathways in the sports industry they had never imagined. This inspiring experience not only expanded their horizons but also motivated them to pursue their passions with renewed confidence and purpose.
