Our Story - Expanding Horizons with the Beyond Buckets Global Experience
At Beyond Buckets we’ve always believed in the power of unique hands-on experiences to open doors for young people. For years our programs have provided students with impactful opportunities to develop leadership build resilience and explore careers in sports and beyond. Now we’re excited to take this mission overseas with the Beyond Buckets Global Experience - Paris 2025.
Austin, Texas
In partnership with The Kollective and UT Austin, our Austin College and Career Experience offered students a life-changing glimpse into the world of sports and wellness careers. They explored elite training facilities, learning firsthand about the balance of physical health, mental wellness, and high performance. The day continued with an inspiring tour of UT Basketball, revealing pathways within college athletics. This immersive experience ignited new aspirations, motivating students to envision vibrant futures in the sports industry.
A Proven Impact Now on a Global Stage
Through Beyond Buckets programs students have already unlocked new ambitions and skills. In fact 85 percent of participants report increased career clarity and motivation after engaging in our experiences. Now with your support 15 students will join us on this journey to Paris where they’ll explore cultural landmarks participate in career workshops and connect with industry leaders in a city known for its innovation and history.
Why Paris
Paris provides an unparalleled opportunity for students to experience a blend of art history and professional growth. From visits to historic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower to skill-building sessions with professionals students will return with a broader outlook on what’s possible for their futures. Studies show that students with global exposure are 70 percent more likely to pursue higher education and leadership roles underscoring the importance of experiences like this.
Las Vegas - NBA Summer League
Through our transformative partnerships with UNLV and the NBA, students experienced the Vegas NBA Summer League in a way that brought their career dreams to life. Engaging directly with professionals, attending games, and participating in hands-on workshops, they discovered pathways in the sports industry they had never imagined. This inspiring experience not only expanded their horizons but also motivated them to pursue their passions with renewed confidence and purpose.

Each $5,000 scholarship fully sponsors one student’s travel accommodation and participation making this journey accessible to those who might not otherwise have such an opportunity.
